Making the enterprise
computable
without making it opaque.

I research and build ontology-based systems for enterprise AI — knowledge graphs, grounded agent runtimes, and the governance that makes them safe to run in operations where decisions carry consequences.

Work grounded in real deployments — multi-year industrial programmes, messy data, legacy systems, and governance requirements that do not go away.

OpenFoundry — the foundry for
operational intelligence

OpenFoundry is my working answer to the question the research keeps returning to: what does the infrastructure have to look like before an AI agent can be trusted with an operational decision? It turns fragmented plant and enterprise data into a governed, ontology-grounded context layer — data, documents, rules, and domain concepts connected into one queryable foundation with a traceable line from any answer back to its evidence.

Apollo-1

Apollo-1 is the agent I built inside OpenFoundry to test the architecture against something real. It runs as a reference deployment on a coal-fired boiler — investigating anomalies, tracing root cause across sensors, alarms, and procedure, and sealing every step into an auditable record.

01Investigates grounded in evidence — every answer traces back to its source
02Reasons before concluding — hypotheses are tested, not assumed
03Explains its own work in a sealed, auditable trace

about

Research-led.
Built in production.

I work on the knowledge infrastructure that enterprise AI needs and rarely has. My research covers knowledge graphs and ontology governance, human-AI collaboration in industrial settings, and the design of operations systems where physical processes, digital intelligence, and human judgment are structurally integrated.

None of it is theoretical. Every pattern I publish has been built and tested inside real deployments — multi-year industrial programmes with imperfect data, legacy systems, and decisions whose consequences are physical.
